Nathaniel is very knowledgeable in what he does. He is quick to receive the needed parts, and just as fast to have your computer up, running, and returned to you even faster! He has upgraded and cleaned out my computer, and has repaired and upgraded my teenaged son's computer. He even helped by setting up our computers to run correctly on my wireless DSL connection. My son is now extremely happy with the speed of his computer, and the fact that he can play his Live X-Box without kicking me off the internet! Nathaniel knows what he is doing. He's very professional, and always lets you know what is going on. He also introduced me to an on-line back up company that is so inexpensive and easy! Nathaniel is very reasonably priced.
